1. About us

This website (lumienne.shop) is operated by Lumienne ("we", "us", "our"), an online store based in Spain. Contact: infolumienne@gmail.com. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Who can buy

We currently sell and ship to customers in New Zealand and Australia only. Orders with a delivery address in any other country cannot be placed; if one is received, we will cancel it and refund you in full. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

Our products are beauty and self-care items for cosmetic, non-medical use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Product images are for illustration; colours and packaging may vary slightly. Always read the instructions included with the product. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or a skin concern, check with your doctor before using any beauty device or skincare product.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) for New Zealand and in Australian dollars (AUD) for Australia. Shipping to New Zealand and Australia is free. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud); if we do, we will refund any amount paid in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our international supplier and usually arrive in New Zealand or Australia within 10–20 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping policy for details.

7. Returns, refunds and your consumer rights

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.

8. Use of our website

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy our content (including text and images) without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. We are not responsible for loss caused by using a product other than according to its instructions. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand or Australian law.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you, including the Australian Consumer Law for customers in Australia.
