Refund policy

30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons, opened jars of cream can only be returned if they are faulty.

To start a return, email us at infolumienne@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1–2 working days with the return address and instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Faulty or not as described

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping. This does not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
