Orders ship from our international supplier and arrive in New Zealand or Australia in 10–20 working days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to New Zealand and Australia only. Orders to any other country can't be placed at checkout.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping to anywhere in New Zealand or Australia is free, with tracking.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by 20 November to receive your order before Christmas.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days to change your mind. If anything arrives faulty or not as described, we repair, replace or refund at no cost to you, in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund policy.
