This Privacy Policy explains how Lumienne ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from our online store. Lumienne is an online store based in Spain that sells to customers in New Zealand and Australia. If you have any questions, email us at infolumienne@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

Order information: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), shipping and billing address, and the products you buy.
Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
Communications: messages you send us by email or through our contact form.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and how you interact with our store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Marketing preferences: if you subscribe to our emails, your email address and subscription status.

2. How we use your information

To process, ship and track your order and send you order updates.
To provide customer service, handle returns and refunds, and meet our legal obligations (for example, tax and consumer law).
To keep our store secure and prevent fraud.
To improve our store and understand how it is used.
To show you relevant advertising (for example, on Facebook and Instagram) and, if you have subscribed, to send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We only share your information with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed:

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments.
Our fulfilment partner and suppliers, who receive your name, shipping address and phone number to prepare and send your order.
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order and provide tracking.
Advertising and analytics providers such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, which may use cookies and similar technologies to measure and personalise ads.
Authorities, when we are required to do so by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to make the store work (for example, to remember your cart), to understand how visitors use the store, and for advertising. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner and your browser settings.

5. International transfers

Because we operate from Spain, sell to New Zealand and Australia and use international service providers, your information may be processed in countries outside New Zealand, Australia and the European Union. We only use providers that protect personal information with appropriate safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements (usually up to 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
