Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping to New Zealand and Australia

We ship to New Zealand and Australia only. Shipping is free on every order and includes tracking. Orders with a delivery address in any other country cannot be placed at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Our products ship directly from our international supplier, so delivery to New Zealand or Australia takes 10–20 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas orders

Order by 20 November to receive your order before Christmas. Orders placed after that date may arrive after Christmas.

Customs and duties

Our prices include everything you pay at checkout. Orders under NZ$1,000 (New Zealand) or A$1,000 (Australia) do not normally incur customs duties.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days or your order hasn't arrived within 25 working days, email us at infolumienne@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
